We met another Minnie owner and he advised us to look at all of the screws around the trailer. We were at our favorite campground on the beach, Henderson Beach State Park. We enjoyed it so much for the first 8 months and then started noticing some issues with the slide. We were very excited to start using our new camper. We purchased a New 2018 Winnebago 27BHSS Minnie Plus from Open Roads in March 2018. i would definitely never recommend this company. we are out over $1000 in parts and repairs. bottom line, they delivered a camper that wasn't even serviced at all. they never even reimbursed us for the parts we had to buy after several calls to management. we ended up having to pay a repairman to come to our lot and fix everything. we tried to figure stuff out on our own and spent over $200 just in parts alone. ![]() none of these things were able to be fixed with them on the phone and face time. we called immediately because of these issues and talked to several people in the service group. there was no washer in the city water hookup so we couldn't get it to hook up properly. kitchen faucet leaking and had to be replaced. our kitchen sink was leaking really bad underneath around the pipes. after we started looking we noticed that they didn't fix a single thing that was wrong. the guy came and dropped it off and took off. we were having it put on a long term lot at the lake. we had them deliver it because our truck wasn't big enough to tow it. there were several things we pointed out to them that needed to be fixed before they delivered it to our campsite at Logan Martin in Alabama.
